General

Please walk your child into class.
All food & beverages must be consumed in designated areas only. Only water in a closed container is authorized in the training areas. Chewing gum is not permitted in any of the gym training areas.
Please leave your valuables at home. Legends Gymnastics and its coaching staff are not responsible for any articles that are lost or stolen.
Please do not enter areas designated as “Staff Only.”
Park in designated areas only. Parking on the grass is not permitted.
Sometimes, because of enrollment, it is necessary to drop or add classes within the current schedule. We reserve the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment.
Please do not bring your child to class if he/she is ill.
Parents are not permitted in the Main Gym or the Jungle Gym. This is for insurance purposes and for maintaining the stability of the class. When the gym door is open, parents may feel free to watch from the door. Please do not enter the gym as it is a distraction to the coach and to the gymnasts.

Enrollment and tuition are for one full session (August 1^st – July 31^st). An annual registration fee is due at the time of enrollment and is good through July 31st of each year.
Tuition for the full session is divided into equal monthly payments for your convenience (a 4-week month and a 48-week year). Tuition is not prorated for vacations or other times that your child does not attend class. Because there are 52 total weeks in a year, Legends Gymnastics reserves 4 weeks throughout the year for holidays and emergencies. You may observe the list of scheduled holidays for each year on our bulletin board.
Payment of the registration fee and the first month's tuition are due at the time of registration.
Once your child is enrolled, no refunds are available.
Tuition is due on the first of each month and should be paid at the main office. Checks are made payable to: Legends Gymnastics. For your convenience, you may place your payment in our tuition drop box should a staff member not be present.
To keep costs down prompt payment is expected and statements will not be sent. If tuition is not received by the 5th, your account will be charged an additional $15 for late penalties and $5 per day thereafter. Please do not ask us to make exceptions! There will be a $20 service charge for any returned checks.

Girls Gymnastics students must wear leotards. Shorts may be worn only with the instructor’s permission. Hair must be neatly arranged from the face and secured.
Boys Gymnastics students wear t-shirts and shorts.
No zippers, snaps, or jewelry may be worn.
No shoes allowed in the main gym or jungle gym area. Personal belongings may be stored in the designated areas.

Missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or refund.
Gymnasts are allowed 4 make-up classes per session. (August 1^st – July 31^st) All make-up classes must be approved and scheduled in advance. Additional make-up classes will require a doctor’s note.
Holidays do not count as missed classes and will not be made up.
In order to withdraw your child from Legends Gymnastics, you must submit a withdrawal form 30 days prior to your child’s last class. Your financial obligations will end 30 days from the date of your notice.
Please understand that your child’s place in class is very valuable. There are other children waiting to take his/her spot in the event that you withdraw or fail to comply with all rules and policies.
Please note that non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
